My story

As a passionate painter, I create expressive oil and acrylic artworks that come from what inspires me or from the imagination of my clients. In my studio, I dedicate countless hours to perfecting my craft and techniques.

This journey began as a young child as I would watch my mother, Marie, at her easel creating the most beautiful works of art. She was always most at ease when she was creating art and I find myself feeling the same way when I am in my studio working on a piece. I lost my mother at the age of 18 but she is with me every day and especially when I am in my studio. Remembering her concentrating on her work and getting lost in the painting brings me such peace.

I did not pick up a paintbrush until my 30s as I was intimidated by the concept of never being able to paint like my beloved mother. She was my teacher, my only teacher, and when I got the courage to start painting, I was thrilled to find that I have a natural talent for it. I still strive with every painting to get better and to learn more about creating unique works of art. Thank you, mom, for EVERYTHING!!!
